Contact consent terms

How the practice asks for your consent before sending promotional messages, what that consent covers, and how to withdraw it at any time.

Regent Dental Practice is committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring that any marketing or promotional communication we send is based on your clear and informed consent.

The data controller is Dr Sheraz, who also serves as the Information Governance Lead and Data Protection Officer.

What we would like to contact you about

From time to time we would like to contact you with details of other dental services that we provide or introduce, such as additional clinics or introductory treatment offers.

When consent is needed

Promotional messages require your explicit consent. Communications that are not promotional, such as recall notices and appointment reminders, are part of your dental care and are not covered by this consent.

Who sends the messages

The practice may use trusted third-party communication companies solely to deliver messages on our behalf. Your personal details are not shared with other parties for unsolicited marketing.

Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time, either through the opt-out included in any message we send or by contacting reception directly. Withdrawing consent for promotional messages does not affect recall notices or appointment reminders.

The rest of your rights

This page covers promotional contact only. What personal data the practice holds, why it is held, how long it is kept, who it is shared with and every right you have over it are set out in full in the privacy policy.
